Meditation in a hurry

I overslept - but I still made time to meditate before going to work today. Blogging has had to wait until evening.I basically just recited my principles and did some self healing. but interestingly I saw DKM as red . And I thought - fire and creativity . I can't remember anything significant from the meditation. I tied to visualise a crystal to help open my third eye. .
