One of my plans (not ressolutions) for the new year is to make sure I spend time ebvery day meditating. I haven't been as rigorous as I should be.
I did have a strange experieinec this morning. I felt was sitting round a table with other people when one of them suddenly keeled over with a heart attack. It was very specific that the problem was a heart attack.
I was listneing to the radio layer when it was announced that one of the presenters of Gardeners Question time had died of a heart attack.
It was probably coincidence - but this morning I had been asking Jonas to help me open up. Maybe it wasn't co-incidence maybe it was a sign spirit DOES communicate with me
