I have been very thirsty today. I am wondering if this is a side effect of my reiki session yesterday.
One intersting development is that Tony saw the monk again in his night time meditation. So he asked the monk if he was there for HIM and got the answer 'No' . So tonight I must see if he appears in MY meditation and/or ask Thomas if he knows anything about this monk. Since I haven't yet worked out how to ask questions in my meditation this could be challenging.
