Cakes

Yesterday Edna asked me to get her something 'yummy' when I went shopping. I didnt have a clue what to buy her but was limited by the fact that it had to be finger food rather than needing a spoon to eat it.

Apart from knowing she doesn't chocolate cakes I wasn't sure what she would like. So in the middle of the supermarket I tried to tune in and asked Doug (her late husband) for some inspiration. I picked a packet of Frangipan cakes, and from her reaction today I think I picked well.

I have NO idea if she meant it when she said she liked them (she does have dementia after all) but from her reaction I think she did.
