I self healed - and meditated on HSZSN. It was quite an experience. This symbol is all about connections. That is why it used for distance healing. But it is also about connections between this world and the spirit world, connections between past and future.

I used the symbol. then DKM. Then I visualised the symbol actally coming into me. The energy levels were really amazing. And at one point I felt a breeze - or maybe a breath on my face. Was I sensing a spirit with me?
