I did a meditation on CKR today - and got all sorts of things. It represents a journey of discovery - and a maze. I found myself standing in front of a HUGE symbol - and felt comforted by it. I also got the idea that the other symbols sort of 'hang' on it. (Imagine it turned horizontal so things could hook over the spirals)

I found I couldn't give it a colour tho/

My self healing tonight I used DKM .....often. I saw it written in fore above my crown chakra. The energy felt good. Not too much, not the 'electtric' feeling - but calmer - a sort of 'just enough' feeling.
