My self healing last night was very interesting. I focussed on SHK and its meaning, and I used the symbol. I felt electric. I could feel my energy expanding. I felt as f I was surrounded by electricity. Today I was focus on HSZSN.

I now realise that you need to progress spiritually to make the best use of your healing abilities. On one level I always knew that. But on a deeper level I now FEEL that.
