I am finding this new routine beneficial. I will be sorry when the 21 days come to an end. But I will stick to doing spiritual things in the morning rather then the evening. I will certainly keep to asking abut crystals every morning. I feel I have finally started to use my tools sensibly.
No crystals today at all. The self healing went OK. Nothing spectacular to report.
My tarot pick today was The Tower - and I find I am uneasy about the change it is predicting. I don't know why
